Additional red-flags: history of cancer (especially breast, leg, prostate, thyroid, kidney). If someone is under 20 (scoliosis?) or over 50 (malignancy or arthritis? The latter not being a serious issue when I've encountered it in my clinic. I find mobility exercises tend to be more important in that case.)
